Return Policy

 

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products up to 90 days from the day of purchase. If you have purchased the product more than 90 days ago, there are no returns or exchanges. All shipping charges incurred receiving the products are non-refundable.

All returns/exchanges must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Product returned without RMAs will NOT be accepted/processed and will be refused from the carrier. If the product has already been accepted by the freight carrier without an RMA it is the customers responsibility to ship the product back or get us the appropriate documentation. All unclaimed items after 10 calendar days will be thrown away and Toner Outpost assumes no liability for such product.

Defective Cartridges

If you happen to have a defective item you may return it for a replacement item or refund subject to the following guidelines:

The customer will receive full refund minus any applicable shipping charges

All products returned as defective must be inspected by our staff first

If product is determined non-defective the customer will incur 20% restocking fee

Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.

Unopened Cartridges / Non-Defective

All unopened or non-defective cartridges may be returned for a refund subject to the following guidelines:

Products must be in their original packaging and sellable condition

20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order

$4.95 shipping cost will be deducted from the order

Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.

Cancelling Orders

A 20% cancellation fee and any shipping fees incurred will be applied to cancelled orders.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and want to order the right one, you may do so by following the steps below:

Step 1: product must be unopened and in their original box. Opened products cannot be exchanged.

Step 2: Place a new order for the correct products, so that a new order number is generated and the order is shipped to you immediately.

Step 3: Obtain a return authorization for the unused/unopened products you want to return.

Step 4: Return the wrong package to us. Upon receipt of your wrong package we will issue a full refund, minus any shipping charges incurred by the customer for their initial order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event of packing error.

Orders with free shipping will receive refund on the returned products minus the initial shipping charge incurred shipping the product to the customer.

Refunds

We need to receive the products before we can issue refunds. If we do not receive your products, you will not be able to receive a refund. Customers are responsible for returning their packages. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds are made in the method in which they were paid. i.e: if a customer used his/her credit card for the purchase, the same credit card will be credited

Please allow 10-15 business day after receipt of your product for the credit to be issued.

Other Important Information

We are only responsible for products purchased from our company. If products returned to us are not ordered from our company, we will not issue any type of credit and the product will be thrown away. Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.

Products returned past our 90-day guarantee will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.
